Sales Tax Information
Jerry Baker is required to collect sales tax in Michigan, where it has a physical presence. So 6% sales tax is added to all orders delivered in Michigan.
Federal (and where applicable provincial) tax is added to all orders delivered to Canada.
Note: If applicable taxes are required, they are calculated and charged to your credit card or account at the time of shipment and will be reflected on the invoice/statement.
Please note, however, that you may be required to pay sales tax and file a sales tax return for certain purchases made from Jerry Baker even if your order does not include any sales tax charges. Please consult your city, county, and state sales tax authorities to determine whether you have to pay sales tax on any purchases from Jerry Baker.
Specifically, if you are a resident of Colorado, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, or Vermont, then we are required to notify you of the following:
- Jerry Baker is not required and does not collect sales tax on orders shipped
to your state;
- Purchases shipped to your state are subject to sales tax unless they are specifically exempted
from taxation;
- Purchases are not exempt merely because they are made over the internet or other remote means;

taxed and pay tax on that purchase.
