All Jerry Baker hardcover books can be purchased online, or previewed Risk-Free for 21 days via our various Book Series (saving you 10%)*. There's no risk and no obligation to buy; simply select your preferred ordering method on each book page, and leave the rest to us.
Why do we offer a Risk-Free 21-Day Preview?
We want to make it fast, fun, and easy for you to order a book you have not seen. There's no up-front commitment from you and therefore, there's no risk in ordering a book from us.
What's the catch?
There is none... Each book is sent to you with an accompanying invoice. You've got a full 3 weeks to preview it, use its tips, tricks, and tonics in the privacy of your own home, and then decide. If you want to keep the book, simply pay the amount listed on the invoice, and the book is yours. If, however, you decide that the book is not right for you, then simply return it (see below).

Yes, you can by following our fast and easy Online Payment procedure.
* Sorry, but our Risk-Free Previews do not apply to the Booklets or Book Packs. All requests for Free Previews are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to limit the number of Free Previews per customer.
No Obligation to Buy Guarantee
If your order included membership in a Jerry Baker Book Series, as a valued member, you'll be among the first to try each book in the Series--no more than two per year per series. We'll send you an announcement in advance of each book's arrival, and if you want to try the tips, tricks, and tonics, do nothing--we'll send the book to you to try out. If you don't wish to receive it, just indicate so on the announcement, and return it within 30 days. You'll always have at least 30 days to decide and let us know, and the choice is always yours.
If you wish to keep the book, we'll bill you for it, plus shipping and processing. If you decide it's not for you, or if you ever have less than 30 days to respond to our announcement, simply return the book by the due date on the enclosed bill, and you'll owe nothing. If you need help returning the book, or to adjust or cancel future shipments, contact our Customer Service Dept. by calling 1-800-217-4900, M-F, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. ET, or writing to Customer Service, P.O. Box 930006, Dept 10, Wixom, MI, 48393 or by simply clicking on the Update Account. There is no obligation to buy a single book.

If, after previewing the book, you decide to return it, simply give us a call at 1-800-217-4900 for futher instructions, and/or ship your returned book to the address below. Customers who return a book within the Risk-Free 21-Day Preview Period (See the Payment Due date on the invoice that was enclosed with the book) are eligible for a prepaid return label.

Here are the most commonly asked questions we receive from inquiring book customers:
Q. When is my book shipped?
A. We try to send out your Risk-Free 21-Day Preview Book as soon as possible after you place your order. In order to keep the overall cost to you as low as possible, we send your book via the USPS as bound printed matter. Generally, you should receive your order within four to six weeks, if not sooner. You can always send us an email, and we'll let you know the exact date the book was shipped. Note: We do not currently offer any expedited delivery or overnight service.
Q. How do I return a book?
A. We want you to be completely satisfied with any book you order from us, and all are backed by our No Obligation to Buy Guarantee. If, after previewing the book, you decide to return it, just follow the simple steps under Book Returns, above.
Q. Why do I get so many invoices?
A. We send out invoices if we have not yet received your payment or any other notification from you. We want to give you plenty of opportunity to make your payment(s).
Q. Can I pay an invoice online?
A. Yes, you can. All you need to do is follow our fast and easy Online Payment procedure. A few clicks, and you're done.
Q. I have already paid my invoice. Why am I still getting bills?
A. When we send an invoice for a book you have ordered, we allow 4 weeks to pass before we send a follow up reminder invoice. Sometimes, we receive your payment just after we have already sent the follow up invoice. If you have already made your payment and receive another invoice afterwards, you can simply ignore it or write "paid" or "returned" on the invoice, return it to us, and we'll take care of the rest.
