3. Juice it up!

Using a juicer is a great way to get a daily dose of chlorophyll-rich foods, such as kale, chard, and other dark green vegetables, all in one shot. Chlorophyll can restore the pH balance of blood that's too acidic (too friendly to bad bacteria) due to a diet that's heavy in meat and other proteins. A balanced pH = less B.O.
