1. Ahhhh...there's the rub!

Using a poultice when you've got a cold is a good way to get some well-needed rest. To make it, start by adding three or four drops of herbal oil (try eucalyptus, lavender, or thyme) to 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the mix liberally to your chest, cover it with a clean cloth, and settle into a comfy chair with a cozy afghan and a good book. You'll feel better in no time at all.
